Stress can take over everythingIt fills the body with tension, tightens the chest, speeds up thoughts and leaves you feeling constantly alert even when nothing obviously dangerous is happening around you at that moment. It exhausts your sleep, your focus, your patience and the simple ability to enjoy a moment without checking for the next problem.
High Stress Support Group is a yearly group for people who experience this kind of pressure and feel supported when they meet others who live with it too.
From October to July, we meet once a month as a closed circle of up to 10 members, creating a steady point of connection in the middle of busy and overloaded days. Each session lastsninety minutes (90min) and unfolds in an open, conversational way.
Members are free to share their experiences, talk about what their stress feels like and listen to how others navigate similar emotions. Through this exchange, small insights, helpful ideas and grounded ways of coping often surface naturally from real life and real stories.
There is room for honesty, for disappointment, for clarity or whatever else comes when you speak among people who understand this kind of inner pressure. But the most important is that there is space for our stress.
Across the ten months, the group can become a familiar place to return to, a moment where things settle just enough for you not to carry everything alone.
